Spaghetti Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
  

For the sandwich

  • 2 slices slices of bread
  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti Use cold, drained spaghetti
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter For spreading on the bread
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning the spaghetti

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • Place one slice, butter side down, in the skillet.
  • Layer cooked spaghetti and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  • Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve hot for the best melted cheese experience. Cut into halves for kids or sharing. Add a salad or tomato soup for a complete meal. Store cooled sandwiches in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat in a skillet.
