  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Use warm, softened cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños Optional for heat.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Dough Ingredients

  • 1 package ready-made pizza dough or dinner rolls
  • 1 egg for egg wash Brush on buns for a golden finish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, jalapeños, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough or separate the dinner rolls.
  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough piece.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and seal properly.
  • Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Beat the egg and brush it over the top of each bun for a golden finish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
