Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • Add the yogurt and olive oil to the bowl, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough briefly, then let it rise for about 1 hour.
  • Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out on a floured surface.

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
