Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, finely chopped celery, chopped onion, minced garlic, and fresh herbs.
  • Add the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

Store meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat thoroughly before serving. Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley for color.
