Ingredients
  

Seafood and Meat

  • 200 g shrimp, peeled Use fresh or thawed from frozen.
  • 200 g beef strips Thinly sliced for best results.

Noodles and Vegetables

  • 200 g stir-fry noodles Cooked according to package instructions.
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots) Can substitute with your preferred vegetables.

Sauces and Seasonings

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil For stir-frying.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking Process

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the beef strips and stir-fry until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Add the cooked stir-fry noodles to the pan.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything together to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Prepare all ingredients before starting to cook to streamline the process. Feel free to substitute the vegetables based on your preferences. Ensure your pan is hot enough for a good sear.
