Ingredients
  

For the steak

  • 2 pieces ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

For the shrimp

  • 4 pieces shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter

For serving

  • 1 pieces lemon wedges for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  • Let steaks come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.
  • Pat shrimp dry to ensure they sear fast.

Cooking the Steaks

  • Season the ribeye steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Cooking the Shrimp

  • In a separate skillet, heat butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and shrimp, cooking for 2-3 minutes until shrimp is pink and cooked through.

Serving

  • Serve the cooked steaks topped with the shrimp and garlic, and garnish with lemon wedges.

Notes

Pair with sides like roasted potatoes, steamed greens, or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not refreeze cooked shrimp and steak after refrigeration.
