Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the chipotle sauce, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the shrimp and let them marinate for 15–30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.

Cooking

  • Grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Sauce Preparation

  • In another bowl, combine the ranch dressing with lime juice and cilantro.

Serving

  • Serve the grilled shrimp with the zesty ranch sauce on the side.

Notes

For an even deeper flavor, marinate the shrimp longer than 30 minutes. If you don’t have wooden skewers, you can also use metal ones. Make sure to cook the shrimp until they are just pink to prevent them from becoming rubbery.
