Ingredients

For the filling

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 large egg, beaten for egg wash
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the crust

  • 1 can crescent roll dough

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • On a baking sheet, arrange the triangles in a ring shape, overlapping them slightly.
  • Spoon the turkey mixture onto the center of the ring.
  • Fold the ends of the crescent rolls over the filling to seal the ring.
  • Brush the assembled ring with beaten egg.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Cool the ring to room temperature before storing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes to keep the crust crisp. Use cold dough until you are ready to unroll to make shaping easier.
