Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich Spread

  • 1 cup mayonnaise Use full-fat mayo for a creamier spread, or light mayo to reduce calories.
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pickles Chop small for even texture.
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot Grate finely so it blends well.
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery Chop small for even texture.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard Swap for whole grain mustard for a different flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust to your liking.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickles, carrot, celery, and Dijon mustard.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the sandwich spread on your favorite bread or use as a dip.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–5 days. Always keep it cold and do not leave it out more than two hours.
