  • 1 cup Marinara sauce For dipping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Blend tofu with ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth to make the creamy filling.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the crispy tortillas until golden.

Assembly

  • Stuff each tortilla with the tofu ricotta mixture.
  • Serve with marinara sauce or your preferred dipping sauce.
  • Add optional toppings as desired.

Notes

Drain tofu well to avoid a watery filling. For best crispness, heat tortillas just before serving. You can add chopped roasted vegetables, swap marinara for salsa verde, or use flavored tortillas.
