Noodle Ingredients

  • 200 g noodles Use any preferred type.
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For sautéing.
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli) Can use any vegetables on hand.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil For additional flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season according to preference.
  • green onions for garnish Chopped, for finishing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Cooking

  • Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
  • Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Store any leftover noodles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat with a splash of water to soften the noodles again. Do not overcook the garlic to avoid bitterness, and feel free to add spices for more heat.
