Preparation

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  • Toss the cooked noodles with the peanut sauce until evenly coated.
  • Serve topped with chopped scallions and peanuts.

Notes
