Ingredients
  

Noodles and Chicken

  • 2 packs packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

Sauces and Oils

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for cooking

Vegetables

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 pieces green onions, sliced for garnish

Seasoning

Preparation

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
  • Add the cooked chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the pan.
  • Stir in the cooked ramen noodles and mix well.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.

Notes

This dish works well on its own or with a side. Serve with extra sliced green onions, a squeeze of lime, or a soft-boiled egg on top. For best results, use high heat and keep ingredients moving for a good stir-fry texture. Prep all ingredients before cooking.
