  • 2 cups shredded cabbage Fresh cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded carrot Fresh carrots, shredded

Eggs

  • 4 pieces eggs Large eggs, cracked

Seasoning and Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing the vegetables

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add shredded cabbage and carrots, then sauté until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Push the vegetables to one side of the pan, crack the eggs into the other side, and scramble them.
  • Once the eggs are cooked, mix them with the vegetables.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
