  • 2 pieces sausages
  • 2 pieces rashers of bacon
  • 2 pieces eggs Fried to preference (sunny-side up or scrambled).
  • 1 piece tomato, halved
  • 1 cup baked beans
  • 2 slices black pudding Optional
  • 4 slices bread For toast.
  • 1 tablespoon butter For frying.
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Cooking the Fry-Up

  • Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add butter.
  • Fry the sausages and bacon until cooked through and golden brown.
  • If using black pudding, add it to the pan to heat through.
  • In the same pan, crack in the eggs and fry to your preference.
  • Add the halved tomato and the baked beans to the pan to heat.
  • Toast the bread in a separate toaster or in the pan.
  • Serve everything on a plate, sprinkled with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Pair the fry-up with light drinks like hydrating summer smoothies for a refreshing meal. Allow leftovers to cool quickly, store in an airtight container, and consume within 2 days. For quality, do not keep cooked eggs for long, and ideally consume within 24 hours.
