Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

For the skewers

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, honey, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the pork pieces to the marinade and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Cooking

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated pork onto the skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has grill marks.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Cool leftovers to room temperature before storing. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven or on the grill to keep the meat moist. For a smoky touch, finish over high heat for 1 minute per side.
