Ingredients
  

For the Pork and Vegetables

  • 1 lb Pork loin Seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2 medium Carrots Peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium Swede Peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium Turnips Peeled and chopped
  • 4 medium Potatoes Roasted until golden
  • 2 cups Cabbage Cooked until tender
  • 1 cup Cauliflower cheese Steamed and mixed with cheese sauce

For the Yorkshire Puddings and Stuffing

  • 4 large Eggs Whisked for batter
  • 1 cup Flour For binding Yorkshires
  • 1 cup Milk For Yorkshire pudding batter
  • 1 tsp Salt For seasoning
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste
  • 1 package Stuffing Prepared according to package instructions

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the pork loin with salt and pepper and roast in the oven until cooked through (about 1 hour).
  • For the mash, peel and chop carrots, swede, and turnips, then boil until tender. Drain and mash with butter.

Cooking

  • Roast potatoes alongside the pork until golden and crispy.
  • Cook cabbage until tender.
  • For cauliflower cheese, steam cauliflower and mix with a cheese sauce, then bake until bubbly.
  • Prepare stuffing according to package instructions.
  • For Yorkshire pudding, whisk together eggs, flour, milk, and a pinch of salt. Pour into a hot muffin tin with oil and bake until puffed and golden.

Serving

  • Serve everything together on warm plates with gravy.

Notes

Rest the pork 10 minutes after roasting. Use hot oil in the muffin tin for Yorkshire puddings.
