  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste Taste before adding, feta can be salty.
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine feta cheese and heavy cream. Using a mixer, blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
  • Drizzle in olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve chilled as a dip with pita chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Chill for at least 15 minutes for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Stir before serving if the cream separates.
