  • 1 cup peanut butter Use natural peanut butter for best flavor.
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup cocoa powder Ensure it's gluten-free if necessary.
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips Optional.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and swirl peanut butter on top if desired.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  • Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Can top with extra peanut butter drizzle, chopped nuts, or fresh berries. Store in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature or up to a week in the fridge.
