  • 1 cup peanut butter Smooth or crunchy peanut butter can be used.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for a richer flavor.
  • Sea salt For sprinkling on top.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together pretzel crumbs, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and coconut oil until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes.

Chocolate Coating

  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip each frozen truffle into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
  • Place the chocolate-covered truffles back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.

Serving
