Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 1 package potsticker wrappers
  • 1 lb ground meat (pork, chicken, or tofu) Choose your preferred type of meat or substitute with crumbled tofu.
  • 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

For serving

  • 1 cup Thai curry sauce For drizzling over potstickers.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the ground meat, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  • Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each potsticker wrapper and fold to seal.

Baking

  • Arrange the potstickers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Drizzle with Thai curry sauce before serving.
  • Plate them hot with extra curry sauce on the side.

Notes

Cool potstickers to room temperature before storing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes to keep them crisp.
