  • Butter or oil for cooking Use for frying the eggs and cooking sausages.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Refillable drink (tea, coffee, or squash) Included with the meal.

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat a small pan and add butter or oil.
  • Cook sausages until browned and cooked through (6–8 minutes).
  • Fry or scramble eggs in the same pan (2–3 minutes).
  • Toast the bread or muffin.
  • Lightly warm or slice the tomato and season.
  • Plate the toast, eggs, sausage, and tomato.
  • Pour the refillable drink and serve.

Notes

Serve hot on a single plate with a drink on the side. Offer condiments like ketchup or hot sauce, and extra butter or jam for the toast. Let guests refill their drinks from the refill station. Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a pan or microwave.
