Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat (beef or lamb) Choose your preferred type of minced meat.
  • 1 unit onion, diced Finely diced for better sautéing.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust based on personal preference.
  • 1 bag potato chips Thick-cut chips recommended.
  • as needed ml Oil for frying Only if necessary for sautéing.

Optional Toppings

  • Cheese for topping Cheddar or mozzarella can be used.
  • Herbs for seasoning Chopped herbs like parsley or chives work well.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  • Add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.

Serving

  • Prepare the potato chips on a serving plate.
  • Top the chips with the minced meat and onion mixture.
  • Optionally, sprinkle cheese and herbs on top.
  • Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

Store leftover meat in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep chips separate to avoid them going soft; assemble just before serving. For extra flavor, stir in chopped herbs or a splash of vinegar while cooking the meat.
