Ingredients
  

For the Brownie Layer

  • 1 box brownie mix Use your favorite brand.
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature for better mixing.
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil Can substitute with melted butter.
  • 1/4 cup water

For the Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Use room temperature to avoid lumps.
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 bars Milky Way bars, chopped Can substitute with Snickers or Twix.
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  • Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions using eggs, oil, and water.
  • Pour half of the brownie batter into the greased baking pan.

Cheesecake Layer

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped Milky Way bars and caramel sauce into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the brownie layer in the pan.

Bake

  • Top with the remaining brownie batter and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before slicing into squares and serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
