Preparation

  • Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries.
  • Melt the chocolate in a bowl, adding coconut oil for a smoother consistency if desired.
  • Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Immediately sprinkle or dip strawberries into matcha powder before the chocolate sets.
  • Place strawberries on a parchment-lined tray to cool and set completely.
