Vegetables

  • 1/2 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 2 to 3 cups sliced mushrooms Can swap with extra bell peppers if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire-style sauce

Cheeses

  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, shredded Can substitute with cheddar or American cheese.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Dipping Sauces

  • Optional dipping sauces such as mayonnaise or ketchup Serve on the side.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven and bake fries until crisp and golden.
  • Season and sear the steak, then let it rest.
  • Cook peppers, onions, and mushrooms with Worcestershire-style sauce.
  • Slice steak thinly against the grain.

Notes
