Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, tomatoes, and chopped onion.
  • Add the chopped cilantro and mint.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss everything together gently.
  • Serve immediately for a fresh, crunchy salad.

Notes

Store Kachumber Salad in an airtight container in the fridge. Eat within 24 hours for best crunch and flavor. If you must keep it longer, store dressing separately and add just before serving to avoid sogginess.
