  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped Use fully cooked shrimp for even baking.
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat Use smoked crab for a smoky flavor.
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped Drain excess liquid if using frozen spinach.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Soften before mixing for a smoother texture.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with pepper jack for spice.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped shrimp, crab meat, and spinach until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Serving

  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes

Cool the dip to room temperature before storing. In an airtight container, it can be kept in the fridge for 3-4 days. To freeze, place in a freezer-safe dish for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge and reheat in the oven until hot.
