  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed Cut into even cubes for even cooking.
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, zucchini) Use firm vegetables for better texture.
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey Add at the end to retain flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the cubed chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 3–4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Let the skillet cool before storing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave until hot.
