  • 1/2 tsp Pepper To taste.

For Assembly

  • 4 pieces Burger buns Toasted for best flavor.
  • 4 leaves Lettuce Fresh and crispy.
  • 1 large Tomato Sliced.
  • 1 small Onion Sliced.
  • 4 slices Cheese Your choice of type.
  • to taste Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise) Customize as desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into patties.

Cooking

  • Grill or cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  • Toast the burger buns on the grill for the last minute.

Assembly

  • Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and your favorite condiments.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For storage, cool the patties to room temperature before storing in an airtight container. Refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage up to 3 months. Don't overwork the meat when forming patties for juiciness.
