  • 2 slices slices of ham Use leftover ham or fresh slices.
  • 2 pcs eggs Fry to desired doneness.
  • 2 large potatoes (for chips) Peel and cut into thick chips.
  • 1 whole pineapple (fresh) A ripe, firm pineapple is best for grilling.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning the chips.
  • as needed oil for frying Use a frying oil of your choice.
  • optional butter (optional, for eggs) Use for frying eggs to add richness.

Preparation of Chips

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into thick chips. Rinse and pat dry.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chips until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

Grilling Pineapple & Cooking Ham

  • In another pan, grill the pineapple slices until caramelized (about 2-3 minutes each side).
  • In the same pan, add a little butter and fry the ham until heated through, then set aside.

Cooking Eggs

  • Crack the eggs into the pan and fry to your desired doneness (sunny side up, over easy, etc.).

Serving

  • Serve the fried eggs on a plate with the ham, chips, and grilled pineapple on the side. Enjoy your meal!

Notes

Serve hot to keep the chips crisp. Pair with a green salad or warm rice for a more filling meal. Store leftovers properly to maintain crispness.
