Dressing

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  • Grill it over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  • Cool, then slice.

Salad Assembly

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
  • Add the grilled chicken slices to the salad and drizzle with the dressing.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for maximum flavor. You can add other veggies like bell peppers or carrots for extra crunch. For a spicy kick, add some pepper flakes to the dressing.
