  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Cheeses

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Flavorings

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Toppings

  • Diced tomatoes and olives for topping Add to taste.
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Dippers

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish.

Baking

  • Top with diced tomatoes and olives.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave. Keeps 3–4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 1 month.
