Preparation

  • Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender.
  • Add the cooked Lo Mein noodles and soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
