Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 2 pieces sausages
  • 2 pieces rashers of bacon
  • 2 pieces eggs Fry to your liking
  • 1 piece black pudding Optional

Vegetables

  • 1 piece tomato, halved
  • 1 cup baked beans Heated in a small pot
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Carbohydrates

  • 2 slices toast or fried bread Spread with butter

Fat

  • to taste butter For spreading on toast

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a frying pan, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, cook the bacon until crispy, then add the sliced mushrooms and tomatoes, cooking until softened.
  • Add the black pudding to the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side.
  • In another pan, fry the eggs to your liking.
  • Heat the baked beans in a small pot.

Serving

  • Place sausages, bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, and tomato on one plate.
  • Add toast or fried bread with a little butter.
  • Serve hot with tea, coffee, or juice.

Notes

Cool leftovers quickly and put them in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a pan or oven until hot. For a lighter option, grill instead of fry, and skip black pudding. Consider adding hash browns or beans with tomato sauce.
