  • 1 pieces tomato, halved cook until softened or caramelized
  • 1 cup baked beans heat in a small saucepan
  • 2 slices whole grain toast butter generously before serving

Cooking

  • In a frying pan, cook the sausages and bacon over medium heat until browned.
  • In a separate pan, poach or fry the eggs to your liking.
  • Add the halved tomato to the pan, cut side down, and cook until softened.
  • Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan until warmed through.
  • Toast the bread and butter it.
  • Serve everything together on a plate, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Place leftovers in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two days. Reheat carefully. Consider adding mushrooms, hash browns, or baked potatoes for variations in flavor.
