  • 1 can baked beans Heated before serving.
  • 4 slices bread For toasting.
  • 4 slices bacon Cooked until crispy.

Cooking

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the burger patties to your desired doneness.
  • While the burgers are cooking, toast the bread in another skillet until golden brown with a bit of butter.
  • In a separate pot, heat the baked beans until warmed through.
  • Fry the eggs to your preference (sunny-side up or over-easy).
  • To assemble, place the toasted bread on a plate, spread some baked beans on top, add the cooked burger patty, then top with the fried egg and crispy bacon.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Notes
