Ingredients
  

For the Pie

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries Washed and sliced.
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream Homemade whipped cream is recommended.
  • 1 cup granola Or crushed cookies for variation.
  • 1 piece pie crust Store-bought or homemade.
  • food coloring Optional.
  • decorative toppings like mint leaves Optional for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and slice the strawberries.
  • In a pie crust, layer whipped cream at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of strawberries and then blueberries.
  • Continue layering until you reach the top of the crust.
  • Top with a dollop of whipped cream, granola, and mint leaves if desired.

Chilling

  • Place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled. Best consumed soon after making to avoid a soggy crust. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
