Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Add the steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the steak and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Return the steak to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Serve these steak bites over mashed potatoes, pasta, or steamed vegetables. Keep the sauce spooned over the steak so each bite stays rich and creamy. Cool the steak bites to room temperature, then store in an airtight container. Refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat to keep the sauce smooth. Do not freeze the cream sauce—it can separate when thawed.
