Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1.5 cups 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling

  • 2 packages 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened Soften to room temperature for best texture.
  • 1 cup 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whip to stiff peaks.
  • 1 cup 1 cup chopped Snickers candy bars
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions
 

Preparing the crust

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  • Press mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from oven to cool.

Making the filling

  • In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Stir in the chopped Snickers candy bars.

Assembling and chilling

  • Pour the cheesecake mixture into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Serving

  • Before serving, drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauce. Garnish with additional Snickers pieces if desired.

Notes

Store the pie well in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, wrap tightly and freeze for up to 1 month; thaw in the fridge before serving.
