Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Notes

For best crunch, do not crowd the pan and make sure to cut fries evenly. They can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge and reheated to restore crispness.
