Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 14 oz Tofu Use firm or extra-firm tofu for best results.
  • 1/2 cup Peanut sauce Store-bought or homemade, as preferred.
  • 1/2 cup Sesame seeds Use enough to coat tofu well.

  • 2 cups Greens (such as lettuce or spinach) For serving.
  • 4 pieces Wraps Optional, for serving.
  • 2 cups Noodles Optional, for serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the tofu into cubes and toss them in peanut sauce until coated.
  • Roll the tofu cubes in sesame seeds until thoroughly coated.
  • Place the sesame-coated tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve hot over dressed greens, in a wrap, or over cooked noodles as desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer to keep crispy. Do not store while hot to avoid soggy coating.
