Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and dry the baby potatoes. Cut them in half or quarters for even cooking.

Mixing

  • In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.

Cooking

  • Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Make sure the potatoes are in a single layer for the best crisping results. Experiment with different spices to find your favorite flavor combination. Try adding some herbs like rosemary or thyme for an extra kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes.
