  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless preferred.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a richer sauce.
  • 1 piece lemon Juiced and zested.
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley Chopped.

Instructions
 

Cooking Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce.
  • Let it simmer for a few minutes to thicken slightly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
