  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped Fresh dill is recommended for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • Remove chicken and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms are tender.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, add dill, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for 2 months.
