Preparation

  • Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix together the sour cream, vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine the dressing with the cucumbers, stirring well to coat. If desired, add sliced red onion.
