  • 1 pound chicken breast Cut into small pieces for even cooking.
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes Chopped, if they're not already.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a lighter sauce, use half-and-half.
  • 1 tablespoon dill Fresh dill is recommended.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Grated, for topping.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking.
  • to taste salt For seasoning.
  • to taste pepper For seasoning.

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

Cooking Chicken and Sauce

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  • Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream; simmer for a few minutes.
  • Mix in cooked spaghetti and dill.

Serving

  • Top with grated parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

For serving, top with extra dill or parmesan. Serve with a simple green salad or steamed vegetables. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. Reheat gently on the stove with a splash of cream or water to loosen the sauce.
