Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 wings Turkey wings
  • 1 cup Cranberry juice
  • 1 cup Pomegranate juice
  • 2 medium Onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme, dried

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add sliced onions, and caramelize them until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, orange marmalade, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.

Baking

  • Place the turkey wings in a baking dish, pour the juice mixture over them, and add caramelized onions on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes until wings are browned and cooked through.
  • Let rest before serving.

Notes

Brown the onions slowly for best sweetness. Adjust salt and marmalade for balance. Cover with foil during baking to keep the meat moist. Let the wings rest so juices redistribute.
