Ingredients
  

Pizza Base Ingredients

  • 1 piece pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Drain excess if very runny

Toppings

  • 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced Use room temperature for better melting
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Layer the shredded chicken on top of the cranberry sauce.
  • Arrange the slices of Brie cheese and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
  • Top with fresh spinach, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve hot and sliced. Pair with a light salad or roasted veggies, and drizzle with balsamic for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
