Cooking

  • Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the bacon and sausages, cooking until browned.
  • Add chopped potatoes, mushrooms, and tomatoes, cooking until tender.
  • Fry eggs to your liking in the same pan.
  • Optional: Cook black pudding and fried bread until crispy.
  • Serve hot with seasoning to taste.

Notes

Use medium heat to ensure food cooks through without burning. Cook sausages and bacon first and set aside to rest. Dry mushrooms and potatoes well so they brown nicely. Fry eggs last to keep them silky and warm.
